HAMPDEN — The Searsport track and field team traveled Friday, April 23 to Hampden Academy for a season opening meet. 

At the meet, the Searsport boys track team placed sixth of six teams with 14 points. The girls team, meanwhile, placed fifth of six teams with seven points.
