BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 19 - Jan. 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Dec. 19

Patrice Massicotte, 49, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of a schedule Y drug, and unlawful possession of  scheduled drugs on Waldo Ave. 

Dec. 22

Michael A. Curtis, 31, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Searsport Ave. 

Dec. 25

Joshua Stacy, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Searsport Avenue. 

Dec. 27

Jonathan Brassard, 28, of Waldoboro, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on Belmont Ave. 

Dec. 29

Aaron L. Gibbs, 44, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave. 

Jan. 1

Jamie Witt, 26, of Skowhegan, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended registration on Searsport Ave.
