BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 30 - Aug. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

July 18

Shane A. Mitchell, 40, of Swanville, was arrested for violation of a protection order on Woodmans Mill in Searsmont. 

July 30

Austin Clements, 23, of Passadumkeag, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine on Sunken Bridge Street in Winterport.

Aug. 3

Tyler T. Carmichael, 19, of Levant, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.

Thomas O. Tracey, 52, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license on Route 1 in Searsport. 

Aug. 4

Danielle D. McKay, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating with an inadequate tire on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

Aug. 5

Victoria Maxim, 63, was issued a summons for criminal speeding (96 mph in a 55 mph zone) on Route 3 in Palermo.
