BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 13-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 13

Marissa Melton, 27, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street. 

March 15

Candy G. Cook, 23, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave. 

March 19

Stephen M. Bergey, 62, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Lincolnville Ave. 

March 21

Seth T. Whited, 46, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on High Street. 

A Belfast minor was issued a summons for speeding 80 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 1. 

March 23

Anthony R. Stone, 27, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street. 

Matthew A. Sylvester, 33, of Searsport, was arrested for failure to appear.
