Waldoboro Police beat: OUI, stolen license plate, assault

    WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 158 calls for service from Sept. 26-Oct. 2. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Sept. 27      

    Benjamin Gallagher, 35, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Nathaniel Jack on a warrant.

    Sept. 28      

    Officer Jeffery Fuller summonsed Davis Crowell, 28, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Jeffery Fuller for operating after suspension.

    Sept. 30      

    Fuller is investigating a report from a citizen about her stolen license plate.

    Jamie Luce, 36, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Dwight Jones for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

    Jamie Luce, 36, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Jones for assault.

    Oct. 2  

    Officer Nathaniel Jack investigated an accident on the Friendship Rd, at 10:15 a.m. Marshall Perfetto, 40, of Warren was traveling southbound, overtaking and passing Bonnie Robinson, 70, of Friendship, who was also traveling southbound.

    Officer Nathaniel Jack is investigating a complaint from a citizen about stolen catalytic converters.
