    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 11 - 19.

    Kyle K. White, 26, of Searsmont, probation violation in Belfast Jan. 30, 2015, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Kevin R. Scott, 49, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 9, 2015, six days in jail.

    Darren L. Philbrick, 49, of Searsport, driving to endanger in Frankfort Aug. 8, 2016, 15 days in jail, license suspended for 180 days and $700 fine.

    Vanessa J. Dow, 30, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Aug. 19, 2016, $500 fine.

    Rebecca Hills, 33, of Swanville, terrorizing in Winterport March 16, 2017, 24 hours in jail; domestic violence assault in Winterport March 16, 2017, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Winterport March 16, 2017, dismissed; violating condition of release in Winterport March 16, 2017, dismissed; reckless conduct in Belfast March 28, nine months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation and $7,387.17 restitution; failing to stop for an officer in Belfast March 28, 2017, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast March 28, 2017, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast March 28, 2017, license suspended for 150 days and $100 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast March 28, 2017, dismissed.

    Nancy L. Watts, 40, of Belfast, reckless conduct in Belfast April 25, 2017, $750 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast April 25, 2017, dismissed.

    Lacey V. Lawrence, 24, of Skowhegan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 25, 2017, $250 fine.

    Leah J. Clark, 32, of Liberty, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Montville May 29, 2017, three years in prison with all but 105 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; operating a meth lab in Montville May 29, 2017, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Montville May 29, 2017, dismissed; violating condition of release in Montville Aug. 9, 2018, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Montville Aug. 9, 2018, dismissed; possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Montville Aug. 9, 2018, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Aug. 9, 2018, dismissed.  

    Tyler E. Cotter, 28, of Bangor, driving to endanger in Northport Jan. 20, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Northport Jan. 20, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Northport Jan. 20, dismissed.

    Kevin Scott, 48, of Belfast, failing to report in Belfast March 15, one year in prison with all suspended and one year of probation.

    David F. Byrd, 64, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport April 15, $600 fine.

    William W. Dineen, 51, of Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 25, $750 fine.

    Barbara Carbino, 70, of Unity, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity May 30, $250 fine.

    Petra Hartlova, 36, of St. Simons Island, Georgia, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 23, $250 fine.

    Sonya J. Stanley, 31, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Belfast May 19, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast May 19, 48 hours in jail; endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast May 19, dismissed.

    Jonathan C. Coutts, 33, of Holden, burglary in Winterport Aug. 18, 2016, four years in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug, 18, 2016,  90 days in jail; criminal mischief in Winterport Aug. 18, 2016, 90 days in jail.

    Alan F. Woodruff, 82, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont April 24, $1,000 fine; violating condition of release in Lincolnville Sept. 15, 48 hours in jail.

    Clover E. Vega, 33, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast June 17, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast June 17, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast June 17, dismissed.

    Dustin Hubbard, 26, of Unity, violating condition of release in Unity Aug. 5, dismissed.

    Chase Brunton, 26, of Winterport, failure to register a vehicle Aug. 8, $100 fine.

    Lucie E. Myers, 61, of Islesboro, allowing a dog to be at large on Islesboro July 18, $50 fine; keeping an unlicensed dog on Islesboro July 18, $50 fine.

    Matthew R. Giangiorgi, 43, of Blythewood, South Carolina, fishing without a valid license in Liberty Aug. 11, $100 fine.

    Jill M. Kupchik, 37, of Collinsville, Connecticut, operating without safety equipment in Unity Aug. 8, $100 fine.

    Susanne M. Cyr, 52, of Clinton, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Unity June 3, $100 fine.
