    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 10-18.

    Aaron F. Miller, 28, of Benton, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 9, 48 hours in jail and $250 fine; violating condition of release in Belfast July 9, 48 hours in jail.

    Daniel E. Leduc, 37, of Belfast, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belfast July 9, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct in Belfast July 9, 48 hours in jail.

    Kenneth D. Brown, 57, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 3, dismissed.

    Richard D. York, 34, of Waldo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo Jan. 16, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in drugs in Winterport Feb. 23, dismissed.

    Howard E. Whitney, 26, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport April 27, dismissed.

    Tina Spaulding, 35, of Knox, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Knox Aug. 8, dismissed.

    Kyle L. Downs, 25, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Knox May 26, dismissed.

    Nicholas T. Ripley, 20, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 1, dismissed.

    William C. Ryerson, 67, of Winterport, failure to register a vehicle in Winterport June 19, $100 fine.

    Lisa A. Truffa, 57, of Northport, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast June 10, $100 fine.

    Joseph F. Veino, 62, of Searsmont, fishing violation (number, amount, or size) in Searsmont May 26, $240 fine.
