BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 16-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 16
Nikholas A. Ledger, 34, of Freedom, was arrested for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, and obstructing the report of a crime on Smithton Road in Freedom.
July 20
Seth A. Brown, 21, of Liberty, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damages crash on Stickney Hill Road in Liberty.
Mark E. White, 57, of Morrill, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Morrill Road in Belmont.
Nicholas A. Parker, 31, of Belmont, was arrested for home repair fraud on Greer Road in Morrill, stemming from an incident Oct. 31.
Phyllip Stevens, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Searsport.
July 25
Nicolas K. Goguen, 39, of Waldo, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Waterville Road in Waldo.
Thomas V. Berube, 35, of Northport, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Route 1 in Northport.
July 28
Travis Lettre, 39, of Palermo, was arrested for operating under the influence, driving to endanger, eluding an officer, and criminal speed Level Hill Road in Palermo.
