Waldo County Sheriff’s Office beat: terrorizing, OUI, criminal mischief

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 14-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    July 14

    Pamela J. Glidden, 54, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belfast Road in Frankfort.

    July 19

    Carl Burch, 46, of Unity, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Depot Street in Unity stemming from an incident July 2. 

    July 21

    James Williams, 48, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration) on Slab City Road in Lincolnville. 

    July 22

    Ronald Yeaton, 35, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 3 in Belmont.

    July 25

    Charles D. Fletcher, 52, of Montville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belfast Road in Knox. 

    July 27

    Eric Warman, 29, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct (fighting) on Bangor Road in Unity. 

    Tavis M. Lettre, 32, of Palermo, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and speeding 76 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 3 in Liberty.

    July 30

    Deputy Mariza N. Gionfriddo responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Albion Road in Unity where the operator of a 2010 Chevrolet fell asleep behind the wheel. The vehicle then drifted into a ditch where it hit a culvert and became airborne, landing on the opposite side of the culvert where it continued into a field where it ultimately came to a stop. Both the driver and passenger, who were each wearing seat belts, sustained incapacitating injuries and were transported to Waldo County General Hospital for treatment. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 

    July 31

    Kevin J. Randall, 18, was arrested for terrorizing.
