BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 5-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Feb. 8 (late entry)

Natasha Curtis, 18, of Knox, was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor via consumption on Mount View Road in Thorndike.

March 5

Dakota S. Raven, 22, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and unauthorized use of property on North Searsport Road in Searsport.

March 17

Eric W. Bernard, 36, of Waterville, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license (90+ days) and speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Road South in Frankfort.

March 18

Robin M. Muir Jr., 26, of Lincolnville, was arrested for domestic violence assault and unlawful sexual touching on Route 235 in Lincolnville.

March 20

Donna Fatum, 47, of Bangor, was issued a summons for speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone on Bangor Road in Prospect.

March 21

Dennis M. Muldoon, 58, of Northport, was arrested for burglary, assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Crest Street in Northport. He was also issued summonses for possession of a schedule Y drug and possession of a schedule C drug at Waldo County Jail.
