    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 3-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 3

    Scott A. Edmands, 45, of Troy, was issued a summons for assault on Woodpecker Drive in Troy.

    David J. Smith, 48, of Unity, was arrested for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and assault on Bangor Road in Unity.

    Nov. 5

    Deputy Daniel Thompson responded to the scene of a deer vs. vehicle accident on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. The driver was uninjured and the vehicle sustained front end damage.

    Nov. 7

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer vs. vehicle accident on Route 1 in Lincolnville. The operator of a 2015 Chevrolet was traveling north when a deer ran out of the woods and into the driver’s side door of the vehicle, breaking the window. The vehicle’s back window was also broken in the impact. The operator, who sustained a possible injury, declined to be treated by ambulance, saying her husband would instead take her to be checked. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

    Nov. 8

    Crystal L. Barton, 36, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for disorderly conduct and issued a summons for operating a vehicle in violation of condition or restriction on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.

    Nov. 9

    Michael C. Flagg, 22, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 139 in Brooks.
