BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 7-15.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 7
Jean M. Curtis, 52, of Clinton, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release on S. Horseback Road in Burnham.
May 8
Joshua M. Ellis, 37, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on School Street in Unity.
May 9
Heather L. Cunningham, 33, of Knox, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Bangor Road in Unity.
