    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 8-16.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    June 20 (late entry)

    Kaela J. Douglas, 29, of Troy, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on School Street in Unity. 

    Sept. 19 (late entry)

    Tyler Damon, 32, was arrested for failure to report, burglary,  and violating a condition of release on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.

    Oct. 8

    Keegan Scott, 20, of Burnham, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and negotiating a worthless instrument on Pond Road in Burnham.

    Oct. 10

    Matthew Cole, 32, of Bangor, was issued summonses for driving to endanger, domestic violence aggravated assault, and domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon on Swanville Road in Frankfort. 

    Oct. 13

    Wayne Bickford, 41, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal threatening, criminal trespass, and violating a condition of release on Trues Pond Road in Montville. 

    Oct. 14

    Eric D. Harvey, 37, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Belfast Road in Knox.
