BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 31 - Aug. 9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
July 31
Dale Hutchinson, 62, of Swanville, was issued a summons for home repair fraud on Landry Lane in Stockton Springs.
Aug. 1
Robert A. Hunt, 58, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main St. in Belfast.
Aug. 7
Derek M. Poulin, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested for unlawful sexual contact on Sept. 1, 2016.
Elizabeth Duecaster, 35, of Searsport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and operating after suspension on Route 1 in Belfast.
