BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 10-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

July 10

Marshall L. Foster, 40, of Searsmont, was arrested for assault on someone less than six years olf on Muzzy Ridge Road in Searsmont. 

July 14

Ashley Mobbs, 32, of Camden, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Townhouse Road in Lincolnville. 

July 15

Derrick Trull, 29, of Freedom, was arrested for disorderly conduct (two counts) and reckless conduct with a firearm on Belfast Road in Freedom. 

Matthew C. Flagg, 26, of Palermo, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Congress Street in Belfast. 

Sydney A. Alto-Tran, 28, of Rockland, was arrested for operating in violation of a conditional license on Hope Road in Lincolnville. 

July 22

Joseph J. Altilio, 71, of Searsport, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on Savage Lane in Searsport.
