BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    July 4

Anthony Barron, 42, of Burnham, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on North Horseback Road in Burnham.

Michael O. Atkins, 49, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Stagecoach Road in Unity.

    July 8

Tylik Boyd, 23, of Bangor, was arrested for operating after suspension on Bangor Road.

Deputy James Porter responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Ward Hill Road in Troy where a southbound vehicle exited the right side of the roadway, traveling into a ditch before going airborne and coming to rest on a driveway. According to the report, the driver would have been traveling into direct sunlight, which also caused many shadows on the road. It was theorized the driver may have gotten distracted and drover off the road, but the driver said they did not remember anything leading up to the crash and “awoke” when their passenger screamed when the vehicle left the roadway. The driver and passenger were both transported with incapacitating injuries to the back; the 2016 Toyota was towed due to disabling damage.

    July 10

Destiny Ladd, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Waterville Road in Waterville.

    June 12

Troy Payson, 51, of Lake Peekskill, New York, was issued a summons for speeding 66 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 141 in Swanville.

    July 15

Nicole Carbisiero, 34, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Waldo Station Road in Waldo.
