BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 20 - July 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

June 20

Sara Ross, 23, of Troy, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Whitaker Road in Troy. 

June 21

Brett Hayward, 45, of Northport, was issued a summons for improper passing on Route 1 in Northport. 

June 27

Ralph Woodbury, 65, of Liberty, was arrested for disorderly conduct on McLain Road in Liberty. 

June 28

Derek J. Keller, 28, of Freedom, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Depot Street in Thorndike. 

June 29

Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer vs. vehicle accident on Magog Road in Searsmont. The driver was uninjured and the 2014 Honda involved sustained minor damage. 

June 30

Matthew A. Berry, 41, of Bangor, was arrested for two counts of criminal mischief on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. 

July 1

Ezrah R. Downs, 23, of Belmont, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Hope Road in Lincolnville.
