    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 24 - June 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    May 24

    Amanda R. Sylvia, 36, of Swanville, was issued summonses for failing to notify an owner of property damage, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and failure to make a report of a crash on Webster Road in Swanville. 

    May 25

    Laura Walsh, 33, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child on Main Street in Morrill. 

    May 26

    David Bowring, 28, of Burnham, was arrested for domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release (three counts), carrying a concealed weapon, and aggravated criminal trespass on Pond Road in Burnham. 

    May 31

    Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on North Horseback Road in Burnham. The driver suffered possible injuries to the arms and the vehicle, a 2018 Ford, was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. 

    Andre M. Blanchard, 55, of Liberty, was issued a summons for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone on Knox Ridge Road in Knox.
