BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 18-24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

April 18

Kwamaine Bility, 22, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested for criminal trespass on Savage Road in Waldo. 

April 19

Ryan A. Derby, 25, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Atlantic Highway in Northport. 

April 20

Robert P. Eaton, 55, of Sidney, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and driving to endanger on Route 3 in Palermo. 

April 24

Jason C. Moulton, 36, of Searsport, was issued a summons for violation of a protection from abuse order on Back Belmont Road in Searsport.
