BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 11-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 27 (late entry)

John R. Moody, 32, of Swanville, was issued a summons for littering on Harriman Road in Swanville 

April 11

Cindi A. Smith, 49, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street in Searsmont. 

April 12

Kristie L. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, was arrested for violating conditions of release and attaching false plates on Prescott Hill in Liberty. 

April 18

David Wilson, 54, of Winterport, was arrested for failure to appear. 

April 19

Michael Underhill, 55, of Winterport, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a dependent person.
