BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 5-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

April 5

Kathryn S. Sebastiano, 41, of Northport, was issued a summons for violation of a protective order on Beech Hill Road in Northport. 

April 6

Shannon C. Small, 41, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

April 7

Charles B. Guite, 22, of Winterport, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and aggravated domestic violence assault on Monroe Road in Winterport. 

April 9

Stacey W. Howie, 50, of Belmont, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct on Augusta Road in Belmont. 

April 11

Dan Hanson, 38, of Thomaston, was arrested for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and violating conditions of release.
