BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 2-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

April 3

Shaylee Overlock, 18, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Baker Road in Winterport. 

Patrick M. Saunders, 27, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued summonses for criminal mischief and operating without a license (in violation of conditions/restrictions) on North Main Street in Winterport. 

April 5

Amy Milliken, 56, of Brooks, was issued a summons for driving without a license on School Street in Unity. 

April 8

Ishmael Berry, 37, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Hope Road in Lincolnville. 

April 10

Brian W. Beggarly, 36, of Lincolnville, was arrested for violation of a protective order and issued a summons for violating conditions off release on Youngstown Road in Lincolnville.
