BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 12-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Feb. 12

Damien Craven, 30, of Belfast, was issued summonses for burglary of a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and theft of a firearm on New England Road in Searsport.

    Feb. 15

Deputy David Wight responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Searsport Road where a southbound operator was reportedly traveling too fast for the snowy weather and road conditions and struck an oncoming vehicle. The southbound vehicle, a 2007 Nissan, crossed the center line and struck a northbound vehicle. That vehicle, a 1998 single unit, two-axle truck, sustained minor damage, while the Nissan was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. Neither driver was injured.

     Feb. 22
