BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity Dec. 31 - Jan. 9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Dec. 31
Deputy Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Thorndike Road in Unity. The operator and three passengers were all uninjured and the vehicle, a 2008 Honda, was towed sustained functional damage.
Laurie Haynes, 42, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Main Street in Lincolnville.
Jan. 1
Craig Thomas, 52, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration) on Tuckerbrook Road in Lincolnville.
Philip J. Dulude, 50, of Belmont, was issued a summons for misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
Jan. 4
Miranda Penney, 26, of Knox, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule Z drug on Penney Lane in Knox.
