BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 9-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Jan. 9

Dakota Smith, 20, of Benton, was issued a summons for assault and violating conditions of release on Main Street in Burnham.

Jan. 11

William H. Feener, 52, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Youngtown Road in Lincolnville.

Jan. 14

Llewellyn C. Cyr, 36, of Carmel, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and operating with expired registration (30-150 days past expiration) on Stream Road in Winterport.

Jan. 16

Larry P. Kelley, 40, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension and speeding 75 mph in a 50 mph zone on North Main Street in Winterport.

Jan. 17

Seneca S. Underwood, 23, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street in Belfast.
