William D. Rankin, 58, of Lincolnville, probation violation in Belfast Nov. 14, 2017, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed; criminal threatening in Northport Jan. 5, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport Jan. 5, unconditional discharge.
Tara L. Fogg, 45, of Levant, burglary in Troy March 16, 2021, one year in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy March 16, 2021, one year in prison; theft by unauthorized use of property in Troy March 16, 2021, dismissed.
Dave B. Bragg, 57, of China, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity April 20, 2023, 40 days in jail and $63 restitution; operating under the influence in Liberty Aug. 28, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Aug. 28, 48 hours in jail.
Anthony J. Gatlin, 39, of Winslow, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity April 20, 2023, dismissed.
Jason C. Kenney, 51, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Nov. 7, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Dec. 7, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Dec. 7, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Jan. 28, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville Jan. 28, 30 days in jail.
Joseph A. Littlefield, 27, of Morrill, solicitation of a child in Frankfort Nov. 3, six months in jail and one year of probation.
Thomas A. Thomas II, 49, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Knox June 2, 90 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Knox June 2, 30 days in jail.
Cristin R. Harvey, 33, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy June 11, seven days in jail and $400 fine; attaching false plates in Troy June 11, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Troy June 11, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Knox Sept. 22, 24 hours in jail.
Colby A. Trask, 26, of Stetson, eluding an officer in Frankfort June 14, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Frankfort June 14, dismissed.
Jacqueline Reed, 33, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 28, $400 fine.
Mark E. White, 56, of Morrill, operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Morrill May 12, $150 fine.
Adam E. Ratterree, 43, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Searsport Sept. 18, 48 hours in jail.
