    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed up by a Waldo County Grand Jury Jan. 18-19.

    An indictment does not constitute a conviction, and those indicted are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

    James D. St. Pierre Jr., 31, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 6; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts) in Belfast Sept. 6; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 3; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 3. 

    Adriel J. Morson, 26, of Fall River, Massachusetts, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) Waldo County Nov. 9; criminal forfeiture of a firearm; criminal forfeiture of $1,265. 

    Steven R. Mathis, 33, of Winterport, gross sexual assault (two counts) in Winterport on or about Aug. 1; sexual exploitation of a minor (two counts) in Winterport on or about Aug. 1; possession of sexually explicit materials in Winterport on or about Aug. 1. 

    Andrew B. Armstrong, 36, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Morrill Dec. 12; domestic violence terrorizing in Morrill Dec. 14; domestic violence assault in Morrill Dec. 14; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 15. 

    Joshua J. Breault, 41, of Stockton Springs, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Nov. 19; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Nov. 19. 

    Kyle L. Downs, 29, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo County Nov. 17. 

    Charles Fletcher, 56, of Montville, operating after revocation in Montville Aug. 18; criminal operating under the influence in Montville Aug. 18. 

    Sheldon E. Gilmore Jr., 73, of Eddington, failure to comply with duty under the Sex Offender Registry Act of 1999 in Waldo Nov. 29. 

     

    Bernard D. Ginn Jr., 61, of Winterport, aggravated assault in Winterport July 30; domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon in Winterport July 30; domestic violence assault in Winterport July 30. 

    Ruben Kaplan, 20, of Camden, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Montville May 23; driving to endanger in Montville May 23. 

    Semonie J. Littlefield, 45, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Nov. 9. 

    Jenna M. Maddocks, 28, of Searsport, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Dec. 21. 

    Joanna Mehuren, 36, of Searsmont, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Aug. 10.

    Marshall H. Lowe, 58, of Jackson, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) in Waldo County Oct. 1, 2020; and Nov. 4, 2020; criminal forfeiture of three firearms; criminal forfeiture of $1,810.

    Jeffrey W. Rumney, 54, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 11; operating without a license in Belfast Jan. 11.
