    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed down by a Waldo County Grand Jury Jan. 22-23. An indictment does not imply guilt. 

    Kane T. Ackley, 35, of Swanville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Aug. 27. 

    Tyler J. Damon, 27, of Swanville, domestic violence terrorizing in Prospect Oct. 1. 

    Kayla Garcelon, 28, of Belfast, forgery in Belfast Oct. 23, 2018; theft by unauthorized taking in Belfast Oct. 23, 2018. 

    Jodie Gardner, 50, of Brooks, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Brooks July 28. 

    Theodore Harris, 21, of Winterport, aggravated criminal mischief in Winterport Sept. 24. 

    Elijah R. Harvey, 25, of Waldoboro, aggravated assault in Montville Dec. 24; domestic violence assault in Montville Dec. 24; violation of a condition of release in Montville Dec. 24. 

    Paul M. Lawrence, 38, of Swanville, assault on an officer in Belfast Dec. 23; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast Dec. 23. 

    Carlton S. Munro, 28, of Searsport, burglary in Searsport Sept. 9; theft by deception in Searsport Sept. 9; operating after revocation in Searsport Sept. 9.

    Keith Seymour, 48, of Hollis Center, tampering with a victim in Liberty July 23. 

    Alex N. Small, 37, of Bangor, possession of sexually explicit material (two counts) in Winterport Jan. 20, 2019. 

    Cameron Starkey, 26, of Troy, failure to comply with the Sexual Offender Registration Act in Troy Oct. 9. 

    Amanda L. Thomas, 33, of Monroe, operating after revocation in Swanville Jan. 3; violation of a condition of release in Swanville Jan. 3. 

    Tracey Thomas, 53, of Frankfort, aggravated criminal operating under the influence in Searsport Aug. 3; operating after suspension in Searsport Aug. 3. 

    Jacob M. Webber, 29, of Jackson, aggravated operation of a methamphetamine laboratory (two counts) in Waldo Jan. 10; endangering the welfare of a child in Waldo Jan. 10.
