Waldo County grand jury indictments

    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed up by a Waldo County grand jury May 16-17.

    An indictment does not imply guilt.  

    Michael R. Ames, 37, of Swanville, was indicted for unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 28; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 28. 

    Richard T. Campo, 36, of Troy, was indicted for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Morrill March 12; violating a condition of release in Morrill March 12. 

    Nicholas Chauvin, 43, of Knox, was indicted for aggravated assault in Unity Feb. 24; domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Unity Feb. 24; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Unity Feb. 24. 

    Jason F. Cunningham, 37, of Searsport, was indicted for aggravated assault in Prospect March 11. 

    Aaron Drew, 25, of Knox, was indicted for burglary in Brooks Jan. 24; theft by unauthorized taking in Brooks Jan. 24. 

    Jeffrey R. Fries, 35, of Searsmont, was indicted for aggravated assault in Searsport Dec. 19; aggravated criminal trespass in Searsport Dec. 19; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Searsport Dec. 19. 

    Brian W. Knight, 49, of Freedom, was indicted for aggravated assault in Freedom May 11; violation of a condition of release in Freedom May 11; domestic violence assault in Freedom May 11; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Freedom May 11; domestic violence assault in Freedom Feb. 14. 

    Siqi Lu, 27, of Amherst, Massachusetts, was indicted for violating a condition of release in Northport April 19; aggravated criminal trespass in Northport March 16; domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Northport March 16; domestic violence assault in Northport March 16; criminal mischief in Northport March 16; violation of a condition of release in Northport March 16.

    Shawn R. McAvoy, 30, of Prospect, was indicted for reckless conduct with a firearm in Stockton Springs Dec. 26; criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Dec. 26.

    Timothy A. Mello, 43, of Orrington, was indicted for failure to appear in Belfast March 31.

    Enoch Nelson, 31, of Searsport, was indicted for nine counts of unlawful sexual contact in Searsport Sept. 1, 2021; in Belfast Oct. 1, 2021; Nov. 1, 2021; Dec. 1, 2021; Jan. 1, 2022; Feb. 1, 2022; Feb. 1, 2022; gross sexual assault in Belfast June 4, 2022. 

    Joshua R. Pedrick, 33, of Islesboro, was indicted for possession of sexually explicit material on Islesboro Nov. 3. 

    Nickolas G. Philbrick, 27, of Frankfort, was indicted for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking in Frankfort April 29; two counts of domestic violence assault in Frankfort April 29; domestic violence terrorizing in Frankfort April 29; aggravated assault in Frankfort May 11; domestic violence assault in Frankfort May 11.

    Heidi Resh, 42, of Swanville, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport Jan. 4. 

    Michelle Reynolds, 31, of Belfast, was indicted for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Dec. 26; criminal operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 26. 

    Sean M. Robinson, 42, of Thomaston, was indicted for was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking in Northport Nov. 15; home repair fraud in Northport Nov. 15. 

    Michael Simpson, 45, of Dover, Pennsylvania, was indicted for eluding an officer in Unity June 25; refusing to submit to arrest in Unity June 21; driving to endanger in Unity June 25; criminal speed in Unity June 25. 

    Branden Spencer, 23, of Knox, was indicted for eluding an officer in Brooks Feb. 6; criminal speed in Brooks Feb. 6; operating an unregistered vehicle in Brooks Feb. 6.

    Neil J. Warren, 35, of Swanville, was indicted for operating after revocation in Frankfort Dec. 29; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Dec. 29; improper plates in Frankfort Dec. 29; operating after revocation in Frankfort Nov. 27; violating a condition of release in Nov. 27; improper plates in Frankfort Dec. Nov. 27.

    Kent Wyman, 35, of Stockton Springs, was indicted for violating a condition of release in Searsport April 6; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsport April 6; violating a condition of release in Searsport April 6; harassment by telephone or electronic communication device in Searsport April 6.
