BELFAST — The following indictments were handed down by a Waldo County Superior Court Grand Jury May 22-23.

Phillip E. Lear, 32, of Carmel, gross sexual assault in Belfast Aug. 21; assault in Belfast Aug. 21.

Sean R. Anderson, 37, of Liberty, attempted burglary in Searsmont May 6; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsmont May 6; violation of a condition of release in Searsmont May 6.

Heidi L. Emmerton, 38, of Belfast, failure to comply with duty under the Sex Offender Registry Act of 1999 in Belfast Feb. 13.

Charles Guite, 22, of Winterport, violating a condition of release in Winterport May 8.

James M. Helms, 45, of Northport, possession of sexually explicit materials in Northport March 31.

John D. Horsman, 28, of Martinsville, Virginia, aggravated assault in Stockton Springs March 13; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs March 13.

Jessica L. Kelley, 28, of Swanville, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast July 26; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville March 28.

Brendon N. Roberts, 30, of Swanville, gross sexual assault in Swanville May 14; domestic violence assault in Swanville May 14.

Mikaela Anne Slagger, 23, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Waldo April 29; domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Waldo April 29.

Scott J. Tedesco, 47, of Unity, possession of sexually explicit material in Unity Feb. 20.
