Waldo County Grand Jury, indictments: eluding an officer, criminal threatening, drug trafficking

    BELFAST — The Waldo County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments Sept. 13. An indictment does not imply guilt.

    Luke A. Ambrose, 36, of Hampden, was indicted for domestic violence assault in Winterport Feb. 20.

    Bennie Coutu, 38, of Unity, was indicted for domestic violence assault in Unity Sept. 7.

    Matthew J. Cowette, 32, of Unity, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts) in Unity July 17; burglary in Unity July 17.

    Nicholas J. Dyer, 32, of Searsmont, was indicted for domestic violence terrorizing (two counts) in Searsmont April 7.

    Heidi L. Emmerton, 37, of Belfast, was indicted for failure to comply with duty under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) of 1999 in Belfast March 30.

    Charles D. Michaud, 53, of Bangor, was indicted for aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Prospect April 5.

    Travis Nicholson, 44, of Eddington, was indicted for burglary in Jackson Aug. 8, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Jackson Aug. 8.

    Tommy S. Hufford, 41, of Township, was indicted for eluding an officer, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, criminal operating under the influence, criminal speed, driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest, and criminal threatening in Belfast July 20.

    Christopher Farrar, 28, of Monroe, was indicted for gross sexual assault in Belfast Aug. 7.

    Melody R. Paul, 36, of Bangor, was indicted for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Prospect April 5.

    Brandon T. Robillard, 28, of Morrill, was indicted for domestic violence assault in Morrill Aug. 14.

    Tyson S. Servisky, 29, of Searsport, was indicted for operating after revocation in Winterport May 2.

    Brandon J. Haskell, 35, of Palermo, was indicted for receiving stolen property in Palermo Dec. 31.
