Waldo County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Dec. 22-28.

    Christopher Chute, 19, of Waterville, operating an ATV on a public way in Knox Sept. 29, $100 fine.

    Daniel Marchand, 52, of Gloucester, Mass., lake and rule protection sticker violation in Liberty Sept. 4, $100 fine; violation of watercraft rules in Liberty Sept. 4, $100 fine.

    Jujay Santiago, 19, of Waterville, operating an ATV on a public way in Knox Sept. 22, $100 fine.

    James W. Leckey, 74, of Auburn, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally in Monroe Oct. 3, $100 fine.

    Colleen M. Wellman, 43, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 12, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Laudelino S. Cruz, 58, of West Rockport, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 25, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Oct. 25, 48 hours in jail.

    Jeffrey Thomas, 25, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud noise/private place) in Belfast Oct. 27, $250 fine; criminal trespass in Belfast Oct. 27, dismissed.

    Crystal Barton, 36, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Stockton Springs Nov. 8, $200 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Stockton Springs Nov. 8, $150 fine.

    Jeffrey S. Bridge, 54, of Hermon, operating under the influence in Winterport Nov. 18, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Brian Costa, 53, of West Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked in Montville Nov. 1, $500 fine.

    Mason A. Murray, 23, of Belfast, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Oct. 4, $250 fine.

    Dakota Thomas Sandford, 24, of Belfast, operating without license in Belfast Nov. 18, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 18, 48 hours in jail.

    Frank G. Sukeforth Jr., 59, of Palermo, operating a vehicle without license in Liberty Oct. 26, $150 fine.

    Tamarack Thomsen, 26, of Belmont, criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 9, $150 fine and $200 restitution.

    Zane R. Bielenberg, 19, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor in Belfast July 21, $200 fine.

    Robert P. Berry, 46, of Unity, operating an ATV on a public way in Unity Oct. 14, $100 fine.

    Charles Carson, 19, of Waterville, operating an ATV on a public way in Knox Sept. 29, $100 fine.
