    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Aug. 18-31.

    Philip J. Dulude, 49, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 22, four days in jail; criminal mischief four days in jail; violating conditions of release four days in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast June 3, four days in jail.

    James J. Edson, 29, of Winchester, N.H., fishing without a valid license in Palermo June 28, $100 fine.

    Toby A. Doak, 55, of Whitefield, fishing without a valid license in Liberty June 10, $100 fine.

    Timothy St. Thomas, 61, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 21, five days in jail.

    Harold D. Duprey, 33, of Unity, probation violation in Belfast (two counts) April 29, 2015, probation partially revoked.

    Kaylib Doughty, 26, of Brooks, probation violation in Brooks April 15, 2015, probation partially revoked.

    Corey R. Workman, 24, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Monroe April 13, 2016, 180 days in jail all suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Waldo, April 13, 2016, dismissed.

    Kasey D. Drake Jr., 18, of Belmont, failing to stop, remain, or provide information in Belfast Nov. 16, 2016, dismissed.

    Janis L. Piper, 50, of Unity, operating a vehicle without license in Thorndike Jan. 6, dismissed.

    William G. Monaco, 22, of Portland, operating under the influence in Belfast April 22, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast April 22, dismissed.

    Andrew J. McSpiritt Jr., 29, of Portsmouth, N.H., driving to endanger in Belfast May 7, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast May 7, dismissed.

    Kyle L. Downs, 24, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville May 13, 48 hours in jail and $400 fine.

    Sheldon E. Gilmore Jr., 59, of Waldo, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Waldo May 22, 90 days in jail.

    Nicholas J. Dyer, 32, of Searsmont, violating condition of release in Montville May 31, 24 hours in jail.

    Dennis M. Vaughan, 61, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport June 1, 21 days in jail; attaching false plates in Northport June 3, 21 days in jail.

    Jade E. Cummings, 23, of Northport, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville May 16, eight days in jail.

    Steven Wenz, 60, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 7, $500 fine.

    Hannah E. Richards, 18, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts) in Belfast (dates: April 23, May 6), both dismissed.

    Joseph Brann, 23, of Waldoboro, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsmont July 2, 24 hours in jail and $500 restitution; aggravated assault in Searsmont July 2, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Searsmont July 2, dismissed.

    David H. Brandt, 67, of Northport, operating under the influence in Northport May 10, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Northport May 10, dismissed..

    Kevin J. Kinney, 26, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks May 19, $500 fine.

    Katrina Simpson, 31, of Swanville, attaching false plates in Belfast June 1, $200 fine.

    Dennis M. Vaughan Sr., 61, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 3, 21 days in jail

    Sabrina Hazlett, 31, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Morrill July 21, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.

    Allison E. Brown, 34, of Northport, disorderly conduct (loud noise, private place) in Northport July 19, $150 fine.

    Jacob V. Crucitti, 26, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Searsport July 21, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Harold Braley, 46, of Morrill, failing to stop for an officer in Belfast July 26, $200 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Belmont July 26, $250 fine; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belmont July 26, $100 fine.

    Todd J. Whittaker, 41, of Northport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast June 29, seven days in jail and $400 fine.

    Joshua M. Lester, 28, of Burnham, violating a protection from abuse order in Burnham Aug. 5, 21 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Burnham Aug. 5, 21 days in jail.

    Nancy Barlow, 57, of Islesboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville July 19, $250 fine.

    Mackenzi R. Hager, 23, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast June 13, dismissed.

    Gary D. Crane, 56, of Palermo, operating watercraft under the influence in Palermo June 22, $400 fine.

    Matthew C. Flagg, 25, of Palermo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville July 8, $250 fine.

    Taylor Lane, 24, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 22, $250 fine.

    William H. Lavalley Jr., 55, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Belfast July 7, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Morris Walker Jr., 38, of Unity, fishing violation (number, amount, weight, or size) in Unity May 18, $180 fine; possessing fish in violation in Unity May 18, $200 fine.

    Robert H. Richardson, 74, of Unity, fishing violation (number, amount, weight, or size) in Unity May 18, $120 fine; possessing fish in violation in Unity May 18, $380 fine.

    Nicholas T. Ripley, 19, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 9, $200 fine; minor possessing liquor in Belfast July 9, $200 fine.  

    Scott J. Pagliaroli Sr., 47, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox June 21, $400 fine and $100 restitution.

    Rodney G. Triplet, 62, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont July 15, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 7, $250 fine.

    Nicholas A. Westervelt, 34, of Lincolnville, operating an unregistered ATV in Lincolnville June 6, $200 fine; dog chasing moose, deer, or wild turkey in Lincolnville June 6, $100 fine.
