Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 25 - March 3.
Eleanor M. Nugent, 56, of Waterville, probation violation in Unity Nov. 16, 2021, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Jacob I. Gruber, 37, of Freedom, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Freedom Feb. 1, 2025, dismissed.
Elizabeth M. Kilby, 45, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Feb. 16, 2025, three years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 16, 2025, unconditional discharge.
Swan N. Sinclair, 37, of Northport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Feb. 28, 2025, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Northport Oct. 15, six months in jail and $1,000 fine.
Devon M. Thibodeau, 23, of Frankfort, violating a condition of release in Brooks June 22, four days in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 26, four days in jail and $1,000 fine. .
Candy Sue Duprey, 38, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity April 9, dismissed.
Thomas A. Thomas II, 50, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont May 26, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine.
Reid W. Ryan, 23, of Belmont, operating a vehicle without a license in Belmont July 16, dismissed.
Connor Wade, 19, of Castine, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 24, dismissed.
Joshua W. Bonenfant, 46, of Augusta, violating a condition of release in Winterport Oct. 30, $250 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Oct. 30, $700 fine.
Zachary M. Boggs, 26, of Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation in Frankfort Jan. 29, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Frankfort Jan. 29, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Jan. 29, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Frankfort Jan. 29, 30 days in jail.
