Clint A. Spaulding, 58, of Freedom, unlawful sexual contact in Freedom May 28, 2022, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Freedom May 28, 2022, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Freedom May 28, 2022, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

Kelly D. Autry, 50, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 7, 2023, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 31, 2023, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 31, 2023, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast March 8, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast March 8, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 8, 2024, $200 fine. 

Alecsander R. Blackington, 31, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault in Belfast March 2, 2024, dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm in Northport Oct. 28, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport Oct. 28, 2024, dismissed. 

Jordan Young, 32, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Feb. 7, 2024, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 7, 2024, $500 fine. 

Joseph L. Hills, 37, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks Dec. 1, 2023, dismissed. 

Alyssa M. Heroux, 37, of Searsport, operating without a license in Searsport June 30, 2024, 24 hours in jail; two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 16, and July 24, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine for each count.

Shawn Dakin Jr., 25, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport Feb. 1, 2025, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

Savannah Cook, 22, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 30, dismissed. 

Luis F. Polanco Pena, 26, of Bani, Dominican Republic, three counts of trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont May 1, and May 14, and in Thorndike May 28, 18 months in prison and $400 fine for each count. 

John N. Penney Jr., 37, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Waldo July 17, $750 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Waldo July 17, $250 fine. 

Tavis Lettre, 40, of Palermo, eluding an officer in Palermo July 28, dismissed; operating under the influence in Palermo July 28, dismissed; driving to endanger in Palermo July 28, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo July 28, dismissed; operating under the influence in Palermo July 28, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $1,000 fine. 

Walter G. Barth, 40, of Winterport, domestic violence aggravated assault in Winterport Aug. 20, five years in prison with all but 12 months suspended and three years of probation; violating a condition of release in Winterport Sept. 29, dismissed; violating a protection order in Winterport Sept. 29, dismissed. 

Jason Couturier, 31, of Newport, failure to register a vehicle in Burnham July 31, $150 fine. 

David C. Delano, 36, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Liberty May 11, unconditional discharge. 

Zechariah Curtis, 22, of Belmont, domestic violence assault in Swanville Sept. 15, nine months in jail with all but 10 days suspended and two years of probation. 

Kevin C. Jewell, 38, of Searsport, violating a protection order in Searsport Sept. 17, six months in jail; violating a protection from harassment order in Belfast Nov. 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 4, dismissed; violating a protection from harassment order in Belfast Nov. 7, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 7, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Oct. 10, six months in jail and $1,016.74 restitution.

Justin S. Bent, 38, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Sept. 22, $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 7, 90 days in jail and $400 fine for each count; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 7, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 5, 30 days in jail. 

Dean Hustus, 62, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport July 5, $400 fine. 

Dakota Nee, 19, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 29, one year in prison with all but five days suspended and two years of probation.
