Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 14-19.
Ryan C. Hast, 38, of Morrill, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 23, 2023; April 14, 2023; April 15, 2023, July 9, 2023, and in Swanville July 1, 2023, unconditional discharge for the first three counts, fourth count dismissed; forgery in Swanville July 1, 2023, unconditional discharge.
Katherine M. Santerre, 42, of Stockton Springs, illegal possession of a firearm in Brooks April 14, 2024, six months in jail; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Brooks April 14, 2024, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 25, 2024, six months in jail; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Belfast May 3, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 3, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs May 20, six months in jail.
Brittany Saucier, 26, of Belfast, theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast Aug. 12, 2024, dismissed.
Uchechi Inyama, 25, of New York City, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Sept. 9, 2024, one year in prison and $400 fine.
Scott Wiseman, 29, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 21, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; domestic violence assault in Morrill Oct. 15, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morrill Oct. 15, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morrill Nov. 17, 30 days in jail.
Joseph L. Hills, 37, of Brooks, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Brooks June 18, dismissed.
Jun Tenjin, 22, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast June 4, dismissed.
Kenneth Keller, 64, of Belfast, unlawful sexual touching in Searsmont Aug. 23, 2024, nine months in jail with all but 15 days suspended and one year of probation.
Heather Nordle, 42, of Northport, violating a condition of release in Northport Oct. 28, unconditional discharge.
William Quimby, 59, of Hanover, fishing without a valid license in Unity Oct. 18, $100 fine.
