Witham, 45, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 29, 2024, 60 days in jail and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 19, 2024, 60 days in jail and $400 fine for each count; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Oct. 7, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Oct. 7, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 7, 60 days in jail and $400 fine for each count; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 7, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 27, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 27, dismissed.
Brandon T. Elder Wright, 30, of Monroe, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 17, 2024, dismissed.
William Deane Jr., 49, of Friendship, burglary in Lincolnville June 29, 2024, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville June 29, 2024, dismissed; criminal trespass in Lincolnville June 29, 2024, 74 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville July 22, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville July 28, 2024, 74 days in jail; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Lincolnville Aug. 11, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Aug. 11, 2024, 74 days in jail.
Rachel A. Chambers, 32, of Bucksport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo Jan. 17, $400 fine.
Alec Z. Niemy, 34, of Bangor, assault in Belfast Feb. 16, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast July 12, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 12, dismissed.
Sara M. Contos, 37, of Orland, possessing soft shell crabs less than two inches (10-20 percent) in Belfast Feb. 25, not guilty.
Joseph Shadel, 48, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 30, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; violating a protection order in Belfast June 1, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 1, $250 fine.
Dallas C. Lane, 29, of Frankfort, shooting from a motor vehicle in Frankfort Oct. 23, $250 fine.
Gregory D. Malone Jr., 30, of Hodgdon, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Oct. 27, $100 fine.
Dakota K. Wing, 27, of Unity, criminal trespass in Unity Oct. 16, $300 fine.
Brandon N. Hyson, 36, of Carmel, shooting from a motor vehicle in Troy Nov. 13, $200 fine.
David M. Libby, 56, of Thorndike, failure to register a vehicle in Unity Oct. 7, $100 fine.
