Lucas J. Small, 47, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 16, 2024, unconditional discharge.

Derrick Roberts, 40, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 1, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast June 1, $250 fine. 

Lia Frazee, 21, of Swanville, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport July 10, $100 fine. 

Sienna Gilmore, 39, of Swanville, operating without a license in Belfast Sept. 8, $100 fine. 

John Carter, 78, of Tucson, Arizona, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport July 15, $400 fine. 

Derri M. Lucas, 49, of Knox, criminal trespass in Knox Aug. 18, two days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Knox Aug. 18, two days in jail.

James Lunz, 45, of Babylon, New York, operating/permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat in Palermo Aug. 17, $200 fine. 

Dwight W. Geel Jr., 36, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport May 28, 2023, $600 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Winterport May 28, 2023, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer in Winterport May 28, 2023, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Winterport Dec. 13, 2023, $150 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport Dec. 13, $150 fine.

Jennifer Larson, 43, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Winterport Oct. 13, 2023, dismissed; reckless conduct in Winterport Oct. 13, 2023, $500 fine.

Damion Saucier, 33, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast April 3, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast April 3, 2024, unconditional discharge; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville May 5, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 5, 2024,  unconditional discharge. 

Zachary S.M. Pallotta, 23, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 20, 2024, dismissed. 

Heather A. Ames, 39, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Nov. 13, 2024, $300 fine. 

James Olafson, 46, of Brunswick, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity May 27, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

Jonathan E. Kinney, 45, of Winterport, assault in Winterport May 28, $750 fine. 

Lawrence R. Caldwell, 58, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox July 13, 14 days in jail and $400 fine. 

Michael Sherwood, 19, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Frankfort Aug. 15, license suspended for 30 days and $500 fine. 

Artem Richter, 25, of Monroe, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Belfast Aug. 23, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Aug. 23, four days in jail.

Pamela J. Johnson, 59, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Northport Sept. 2, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport Sept. 2, $250 fine. 

Felicia R. Moulton, 26, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 29, $300 fine. 

Casey W. O’Donnell, 41, of Bucksport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Liberty Aug. 4, $500 fine. 

Jason Trefethen, 48, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Aug. 2, $300 fine. 

Michael W. Embry, 56, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Oct. 1, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity Oct. 1, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity Oct. 1, $250 fine.
