Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court Nov. 6-12.
Darvin B. Peguero Ruiz, 22, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Prospect June 22, 2024, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Prospect June 22, 2024, 501 days in prison and $400 fine, and forfeiture of property.
Walter Moody, 45, of Burnham, two counts of domestic violence aggravated assault in Burnham June 14, dismissed.
Jason F. Cunningham, 40, of Frankfort, two counts of domestic violence assault in Prospect June 22, 10 years in prison with all but four years suspended and four years of probation for count one, and 364 days in prison for count two; domestic violence criminal threatening in Prospect June 22, 364 days in prison; domestic violence terrorizing in Prospect June 22, 364 days in prison; obstructing the report of a crime in Prospect June 22, 364 days in prison; domestic violence aggravated assault in Prospect March 20, four years in prison; domestic violence assault in Prospect March 20, 364 days in prison; domestic violence criminal threatening in Prospect March 20, 364 days in prison; domestic violence terrorizing in Prospect March 20, 364 days in prison; driving to endanger in Prospect March 20, six months in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport Sept. 20, six months in jail.
Raymond Mitchell, 37, of Bucksport, illegal possession of a firearm in Searsport Sept. 28, dismissed.
