Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Oct. 30 - Nov. 5.
Garrett Dunton, 20, of Burnham, operating under the influence in Burnham March 8, 2024, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating without a vehicle without a license in Burnham March 8, 2024, seven days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Burnham March 9, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Burnham March 9, seven days in jail.
Alexis V. Ingraham, 40, of Pittsfield, cruelty to animals in Burnham March 11, dismissed.
Raymond Bowman, 58, of Augusta, driving to endanger in Liberty April 20, three days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $500 fine; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Liberty April 20, $500 fine; attaching false plates in Liberty Feb. 26, $150 fine.
Richard D. York, 21, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast April 30, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 15, 45 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 15, 45 days in jail.
Todd C. McCrary, 35, of Rockland, operating after registration suspended in Monroe March 25, dismissed.
Michael Goulart, 42, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast March 24, dismissed.
Alphonse J. Seymour, 60, of Bangor, domestic violence assault in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Sept. 6, dismissed.
Andrea Bishop, 28, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 22, $100 fine.
Dakota Cooper, 23, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 22, $100 fine.
Benjamin W. Staples, 32, of Belfast, operating without a license in Swanville Aug. 25, dismissed.
Patrick Bailey, 22, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 13, $100 fine and $14.91 restitution.
Christopher Caldwell, 25, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Knox July 13, $300 fine.
Spencer Nickerson, 24, of Jackson, operating after registration suspended in Thorndike Aug. 1, dismissed.
Angela Hurd, 52, of Liberty, allowing a dog to be at large in Liberty Sept. 1, $50 fine.
Nathaniel Cox, 18, of Montville, minor possessing liquor in Belmont Sept. 6, $100 fine.
Kristi Knowlton, 39, of Belmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Belmont Sept. 17, $50 fine.
