BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 18-24.
Shane T. Fitts, 28, of Unity, domestic violence criminal threatening in Unity July 31, 2022, dismissed; threatening display of a weapon in Unity July 31, 2022, unconditional discharge.
Alan G. Kunesh Jr., 54, of Searsmont, criminal mischief in Liberty March 14, 2022, $300 fine.
Allison E. Brown, 42, of Northport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 27, 2023, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Nov. 27, 2023, $500 fine.
Brent Hasson, 38, of Oakland, domestic violence terrorizing in Burnham July 30, 2024, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Burnham July 30, 2024, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Burnham July 30, 2024, $250 fine.
Jason D. Ames, 40, of Jackson, operating under the influence in Jackson Nov. 13, dismissed; operating without a license in Jackson Nov. 13, dismissed; driving to endanger in Jackson Nov. 13, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Austin Potocki, 35, of Monroe, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Frankfort Sept. 9, $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Frankfort Sept. 9, $150 fine.
Justin M. Wilson, 39, of Princeton, New Jersey, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Feb. 1, dismissed.
Robert Dawson, 36, of Searsmont, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act in Belfast March 4, 20 days in jail; failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Searsmont Sept. 23, 20 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Sept. 23, 20 days in jail.
Clyde Potter, 39, of Monroe, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 9, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 9, 90 days in jail; failing to give correct name, address, or date of birth in Belfast March 9, 90 days in jail.
John A. Galloway, 61, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 18, nine months in jail, one year of probation, and $400 fine.
Kaelyn L. Williams, 30, of Rockland, violating a condition of release in Belfast March 25, 72 hours in jail.
Donovan O. Conary, 28, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport April 13, nine months in jail and $750 restitution; burglary of a motor vehicle in Searsport April 13, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 8, nine months in jail and $62.82 restitution; two counts of burglary in Stockton Springs July 6, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $1,532.82 restitution for one count, and nine months in jail for the second count; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs July 6, six months in jail for each count; burglary of a motor vehicle in Stockton Springs July 6, six months in jail; two counts of criminal mischief in Stockton Springs July 6, six months in jail for each count.
James Durand, 34, of Burnham, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Burnham March 17, nine months in jail, one year of probation, and $400 fine for count one, and seven days in jail and $400 fine for count two.
Garrett E.M. Cullivan, 21, of Jackson, furnishing liquor to a minor in Jackson March 23, dismissed.
Mason P. Crocker, 27, of Penobscot, operating under the influence in Searsport March 1, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Christopher C. Nickels, 35, of South China, domestic violence assault in Searsmont May 29, dismissed.
David Pearson, 28, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs June 1, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Dakota D. Hustus, 28, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Feb. 23, dismissed; violating a protective order in Belfast July 20, three days in jail.
Brian D. Martin, 61, of West Bath, violation of a protection from harassment order in Belfast June 4, 18 days in jail,
Matthew Meyer, 32, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast June 28, unconditional discharge; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 28, $200 fine and $51.75 restitution.
Jarid R. Polley, 30, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo June 8, dismissed.
Lance Ambrose, 42, of Winterport, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Winterport July 2, $500 fine; criminal threatening in Winterport Sept. 23, seven days in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Sept. 23, seven days in jail.
