Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court Sept. 11-17.
Semonie J. Littlefield, 49, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Nov. 9, 2021, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 9, 90 days in jail and $400 fine.
Raymond D. Cohen, 36, of Brooks, probation violation in Brooks Oct. 29, seven months 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Austin Potocki, 35, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Frankfort Sept. 16, 2024, dismissed.
Shawn C. Meader, 44, of Waterville, operating under the influence in Knox Feb. 7, 2024, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.
Melvin Bean, 37, of Searsport, attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 1, 2025, $200 fine.
Ashleigh Benner, 31, of Brooks, theft by receiving stolen property in Brooks June 5, $100 fine.
Nicolas Goguen, 39, of Waldo, criminal trespass in Belfast June 10, three days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast June 10, three days in jail.
David Craig, 44, of Bucksport, failure to register a vehicle in Prospect June 3, $100 fine.
Sean R. Anderson, 43, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport April 21, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport April 21, 48 hours in jail.
Mariah K. Valliere, 41, of Jackson, operating after registration suspended in Brooks June 17, $150 fine.
Joshua Coley, 26, of China, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Searsmont June 15, $400 fine.
Wesley T. Mott, 45, of Swanville, violating a condition of release in Swanville July 29, $250 fine.
Tony H. Heath, 56, of Belfast, unlawful sexual touching in Belfast July 23, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.
