BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 6-10. 

Bridget M. Sawyer, 32, of Prospect, probation violation in Belfast Aug. 4, 2022, six months in jail and probation partially revoked. 

Michael W. Eaton, 46, of Burnham, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Burnham Jan. 22, 2023, $250 fine. 

Joshua Pedrick, 35, of Searsport, probation violation on Islesboro Oct. 30, 2022, probation not violated. 

Alexander Cunningham, 25, of San Diego, California, reckless conduct in Belmont Aug. 3, 2023, $300 fine. 

Asgard T. Gilbert, 51, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 13, 2023, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 13, 2023, two years of prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport Sept. 3, 2024, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport Sept. 3, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 26, unconditional discharge.  

Bradley J. Beeton, 39, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Dec. 20, 2023, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, resulting in bodily injury in Swanville March 31, six months in jail; failing to stop for an officer in Swanville March 31, six months in jail. 

David Ewald, 48, of Thorndike, operating under the influence in Unity Feb. 29, 2024, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Thorndike June 3, 72 hours in jail. 

Brittany J. Heath, 33, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks Jan. 28, 2024, $400 fine. 

Jacob M. Barrel, 23, of Auburn, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo May 28, 2024, dismissed. 

Audrey E. Kingsbury, 20, of Winterport, reckless conduct in Winterport June 9, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Winterport June 9, 2024, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Winterport June 9, 2024, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport June 9, 2024, 10 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Jan. 9, 10 days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport Jan. 9, 10 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Bangor June 2, 48 hours in jail. 

Jeremy Williams, 64, of Northport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Oct. 29, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Oct. 29, dismissed. 

Matthew McIver, 46, of Monroe, unlawful possession of cocaine base in Searsport Nov. 26, 10 months in prison and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Searsport Nov. 26, 10 months in prison and $400 fine. 

Ethan D. Lapham, 26, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Northport April 28, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Raymond Brown, 23, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 3, two days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport Sept. 9, two days in jail.
