Raymond Pomeroy Jr., 40, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast May 10, 2022, five days in jail; operating after license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 10, 2022, dismissed.
Judi M. Bisceglia, 37, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Monroe July 31, 2023, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.
Mykelti Hight, 28, of Hartland, probation violation in Burnham Sept. 28, 2023, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Colby C. Gardner, 45, of Brewer, domestic violence assault in Winterport Dec. 1, 2023, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Winterport Dec. 1, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Dec. 1, 2023, $250 fine; failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Winterport Aug. 28, 2023, $500 fine.

Hayes, 46, of Knox, probation violation in Knox Jan. 11, 2024, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; failure to report in Belfast June 25, 2024, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity May 6, 2024, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Unity May 6, 2024, 30 days in jail; permitting unlawful use in Knox May 26, 2024, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Knox May 26, 2024, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 16, 2024, 30 days in jail.
Georgette Chalou, 70, of China, operating under the influence in Montville Jan. 14, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Montville Jan. 14, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Jerry Nickerson, 45, of Swanville, burglary of a motor vehicle in Swanville Dec. 29, 2023, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville Dec. 29, 2023, 48 hours in jail and $500 restitution.
Jacob Daley, 20, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast April 4, 2024, dismissed; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast April 4, 2024, $150 fine.
Caleb M. Allard, 42, of Skowhegan, criminal mischief in Unity April 13, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity April 13, 2024, dismissed.
Leon Rancourt, 56, of Winterport, domestic violence terrorizing in Winterport Feb. 14, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport Feb. 14, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Aug. 7, $150 fine.

Peyton E. Clark, 30, of Rockland, assault in Belfast Aug. 19, 2024, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Aug. 19, 2024, 30 days in jail.
Carli A. Finn, 21, of Lafayette, Indiana, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Knox July 31, 2024, dismissed.
Aleksander Baublis, 23, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Prospect Nov. 7, dismissed; driving to endanger in Prospect Nov. 7, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Sierra Reichert, 38, of Norridgewock, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Sept. 18, 14 days in jail and $400 fine.
Billie Jo Frates, 49, of Bucksport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Prospect April 20, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Prospect April 20, dismissed.
John Penney Jr., 37, of Knox, operating a vehicle without a license in Knox March 19, $200 fine.
