Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 2-9.
Francis Richardson III, 30, of Lincolnville, probation violation in Searsport Oct. 4, 2020, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Oct. 28, dismissed; two counts unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Oct. 28, 90 days in jail and $400 fine for each count.
Charles E. Scott, 40, of Franklin, domestic violence assault in Prospect Aug. 4, 2022, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years of probation.
Brian W. Larrabee, 43, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport Nov. 7, 2022, 47 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Dennis P. Page, 45, of Thorndike, probation violation in Thorndike July 21, 2023, 18 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Alyissa Thibodeau, 29, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 2, 2023, 48 hours in jail and $224.90 restitution; theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Winterport Aug. 2, 2023, 48 hours in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Sept. 10, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Brooks Sept. 10, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Sept. 10, dismissed.
James A. Gallagher, 35, of Corinna, failure to register a vehicle in Troy June 7, 2024, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Troy June 7, 2024, $150 fine; displaying false registration in Troy June 7, 2024, dismissed.
Austin T. Stevens, 31, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Oct. 4, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Oct. 4, $300 fine and $466.50 restitution.
Samuel G. Ladd, 70, of Belfast, assault on an officer in Belfast Nov. 10, dismissed; two counts of assault in Belfast Nov. 10, dismissed.
Elizabeth L.
