Christopher Seidl, 29, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Oct. 19, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsmont Oct. 19, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsmont Oct. 19, $500 fine.
Elizabeth L. Lesan, 40, of Morrill, burglary in Morrill Dec. 1, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Dec. 1, 15 months in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $2,120.74 restitution; forgery in Morrill Dec. 1, 15 months in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $2,120.74 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 12, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 19, $250 fine and $15 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 19, $250 fine.

Henry Bodkin, 38, of Northport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Palermo Jan. 31, dismissed.
Benjerman McLaughlin, 41, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks March 26, $500 fine.
Amy Feener, 40, of Monroe, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport May 27, $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport May 27, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport May 27, 48 hours in jail.
Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 29, of Thorndike, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity July 1, 72 hours in jail; disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Unity July 1, 72 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Unity July 1, 72 hours in jail.
