BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 29 - June 4.
James Johnson Jr., 36, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 1, 2023, one year in prison with all but ten days suspended, one year of probation, and $3,741.57 restitution.
Christopher P. Daley, 41, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport July 14, 2023, 364 days in jail; two counts of criminal mischief in Searsport July 14, 2023, both dismissed; domestic violence assault in Searsport July 14, 2023, 364 days in jail.
Brandy L. Kimball, 41, of Freedom, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Oct. 12, 2022, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; criminal conspiracy in Waldo County Oct. 12, 2022, dismissed.
William M. James, 34, of Benton, domestic violence assault in Troy Dec. 13, 2023, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended and one year of probation; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Troy Dec. 13, 2023, dismissed; aggravated assault in Troy Dec. 13, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Jan. 4, 2024, dismissed.
Sean R. Anderson, 43, of Liberty, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty Jan. 2, 2024, one year in prison; violating a condition of release in Liberty Jan. 2, 2024, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Dec. 29, 2023, one year in prison; violating a condition of release in Morrill Dec. 29, 2023, 30 days in jail.
Adam W. Gray, 37, of Swanville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo July 5, 2023, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo April 4, 2023, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; criminal conspiracy in Waldo April 4, 2023, dismissed.

Jacob McIntire, 33, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Frankfort Nov. 8, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years of probation.

Michael Ripley, 56, of Little Deer Isle, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Montville Nov. 30, $500 fine.

Stephen Clements Jr., 55, of Monroe, burning prohibited material in Searsport March 21, dismissed; failing to extinguish a fire in Searsport March 21, $250 fine and $321.16 restitution.
Alison Karl-Wellman, 35, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 9, $150 fine.
Pennie Gamage, 42, of Damariscotta, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 7, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast March 7, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 1, $150 fine.
Ryan Flannery, 40, of Stockton Springs, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs May 21, 15 days in jail.
Deborah L. Hodgdon, 45, of Frankfort, criminal mischief in Frankfort May 29, 72 hours in jail.
