BELFAST — This year’s winner of the Most Romantic Couple Contest was Amy Taylor and Sean O’Connor of Thomaston.
Amy and Sean met in 2011 via the Internet, chatting all night the first night and meeting in person a month later. They are now engaged and plan to get married this year.
They live in Thomaston with four children, including 8-month-old Liam, 9-year-old Maddy, 2-year-old Laura and 6-year-old Jacob.
Both attend University College of Rockland and are studying to be teachers: elementary school for Amy and middle school for Sean. Both enjoy cooking and are looking forward to enjoying their prizes, including a romantic date night at Delvino's Grill and Pasta House and doing some shopping at Bennett's Gems and Jewelry.
The contest was sponsored by and prizes furnished by Delvino’s and Bennetts, both of Belfast.
