BRENHAM, Texas — A memorial service for Thomas Ross “Tom” Painter, age 77, who passed away peacefully on November 27, 2024, will be held Friday, July 25, 2025, at 1 p.m., at the Rockland Congregational Church, 180 Broadway, Rockland.
