Tamra Miller among nine Maine Maritime swimmers honored for academics

CASTINE — Maine Maritime Academy swimming placed nine student-athletes on the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association 2020 Spring All-Academic Team, including one student-athlete from the Midcoast.
In order for a swimmer or diver to make the All-Academic Team, the student-athlete must have a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher.
Among the nine student-athletes was South Thomaston native Tamra Miller, a freshman marine engineering technology major.
Miller also earned a spot on the 2019 NEISDA Fall All-Academic Team.
